1. I have not received the Confirmation E-Mail yet
You have completed you registration and not received a confirmation E-Mail yet?
Please check your Spam Folder (or Junk Mail folder) if you have received an E-Mail from us!
Please make sure that you are able to receive E-Mails from us! Please add our E-Mail team@datingwalk.com to your White List of not filtered E-Mail address!
If you have checked your Spam folder and not received the Confirmation E-Mail from us, than you might have used a wrong E-Mail address or made a spelling error. Than you may have to register again.
Please Note: When you start to register again and you get the message that your E-Mail address is already registered, than we have sent the Confirmation E-Mail to you already. The problem might be your E-Mail provider. Please contact us.

2. I can not login. What can I do?
If you can not login, than you have entered either a wrong Member-No. or a wrong Password.
Instead of your Member No. you can also enter your E-Mail address in the first login field and than enter your password in the second field.
If you have lost your Password, than you can request a new password. Please see
Point 3 below about how to request a new Password.
3. I forgot my Password. What can I do?
You can request a new Password:
- Click on Link: “Forgot your Password?” (you will find the link in the upper right part of the Homepage)
- You will be asked to enter your E-Mail address
- Click on the “Request” button
- Your Password will be send to your E-Mail address directly.
Please note: To protect your privacy, we do not store passwords. Therefore we are not able to send your old password. Your new password will be generated by our system automatically. After you have received your new password, you can login and change your password so that you can easy remember it. See
Point 4 below “How can I change my password?”
4. How can I change my password?
- To change your Password, you have to login as a member.
- Choose „My Home“ button (top bar)
- Click on "my Account" (next to the photo)
- Click on „Change Password“ (in “My Membership” section, right)
- Follow instructions
5. I do not have an E-Mail address. Where can I get an E-Mail address?
You can register for a Free Email address.
You can get an E-Mail address for example at
www.yahoo.comor
www.hotmail.com
6. Why does the system say that my E-Mail is already registered?
There can be two reasons for it:
- You have registered as a member before. If you have not requested to delete your data totally, than you E-Mail address is still in our database. Please login with your E-Mail address and old Password. If you don’t remember your Password, than click on the Link “Forgot your Password?” (in the upper right part of the Homepage). For more information please see Point 2 above. If you wish to update your member information, than use the link „Update My Profile”.
- It is also possible, that you have started the registration process and for some reason were not able to complete your registration. If you hade already entered your E-Mail, the system may have saved your login information already. When you try to register anew, an error message will pop up. Our system is designed this way to protect against junk profiles.
What can you do in such case? Click on the Link: “Forgot your Password?” Please see
Point 2 above about how to request a new Password.
With your E-Mail address and Password you are able to login and update your member information. Please see
Point 20 below to update your profile.
7. How can I change my registered E-Mail address?
- Make sure you are logged in as member
- Choose „My Home“ (button top bar)
- Click on "My Account" (next to the photo)
- Click on „Account Settings“
- Fill in your new E-mail address
- Enter your Password
- Click on „Save
8. I forgot my Member No. What can I do?
If you are logged in, than you can click on “View my profile” (next to the Photo frame). You will see you me member Number on top of your profile.
Please Note: You do not need your Member No. to Login. To Login you can enter your E-Mail address and Password!
9. Can I change my Member Number?
No, it is not possible to change your Member Number.

10. How can I become a new member?
You have to register to become a new Member. It s easy, just click on “Join for FREE” on our Homepage or use this link to
register now .
11. How can I upgrade my membership?
- Make sure you are logged in as member
- Choose „My Home“ (button top bar)
- Click on “Upgrade/Renew Membership” (next to the Photo)
- Follow instructions
12. Will I be informed before my membership expires?
Yes, we will send information to your registered E-Mail address.
We will inform a Gold Member 7 days before the membership expires. Further we will inform a Standard Member 30 days before the membership is switched off.
13. How long I have to wait before you will publish my profile?
We will publish your profile after our approval. Normally your profile will be published within 24 hours.
14. I have filled out a registration form, but my profile is still not published
One of the following reason may apply:
- Your profile is still pending for approval. Normally your profile will be published within 24 hours.
- After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation E-Mail. Please check your private E-Mail account. You need to respond to this E-Mail to complete your registration. Did you really respond to that Confirmation E-Mail already?
- If you have not received a Confirmation E-Mail, than you might have used a wrong E-Mail address or made a spelling error. Than you may have to register again

Your Photos
15. How can I publish my Photos?
It is easy to publish your photos!
First you need to be sure that you have saved a photo on your computer to be able to upload it. Than follow these steps:
- Make sure you are logged in as member
- Choose „My Home“ (button top bar)
- Click on “Add/ Manage Photos” (next to the Photo frame)
- A new site will open. Click on “Add a photo”.Click on “Add Photo”
- Another new site will open. Click on “Browse” (next to the empty field). Than a little Window “Own Files” of your computer opens. Choose the file where you have store your photos on your computer, open the folder and click on the photo you wish to upload. Than click on the button “Upload Photo”.
- On the next site you will get the possibility to carve a part of your uploaded photo or just proceed to the next site by clicking “Save”.
- A preview will open. Click on “Save”. We will check your photo before it will be visible for other users.
- You can upload up to five photos.
16. Why should I post my photos? Can I publish my profile without a photo?
Yes you can publish your profile without a photo. However, our recommendation is to publish your photo. Members with photos on their profile receive lot more mails and make more friends. You can always add a photo later to your profile.
17. I do not have any digital photo on my computer. What can I do?
If you don't have a photo saved on your computer, you can take it to an internet cafe or a photo shop and they can scan it for you.
Alternatively we offer you to mail your photos to us and we will scan your photo for free. You can send your photos by regular mail or E-Mail. If you don’t have a digital photo, you have to send it by regular mail.

Please do
not forget to include your member number or your E-Mail address when sending your photo to us. We will only be able to publish your photo, when we know either your E-Mail address or member number!
18. How can I change my photos?
You can add an additional photo (up to 5 photos total) or you can change your photo. Please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are logged in as member
- Choose „My Home“ (button top bar)
- Click on “Add/ Manage Photos” (My Profile section)
- Add another photo or click on “delete” to change a photo
- Add a new photo following the instruction in Point 15 above.
19. What kind of photos are not permitted?
On your photo your face need to be visible always!
It is
not allowed to publish photos which include:
- Nude, obscene, sexual or otherwise offensive pictures;
- something or someone else but not yourself (i.e. Cartoon characters, celebrities )
- your eyes closed with a black strip
- group photos;
- any copyrighted pictures
We reserve further restrictions.

20. How can I update my profile?
1. Make sure you are logged in as member
2. Choose „My Home“ (button top bar)
3. Click on “Update My Profile” (next to the Photo frame)
4. Follow instructions
Exchange Information with other Member
21. How can I exchange private contact information with other members?
As a GOLD Member, you can exchange private contact information including your E-Mail address with all other members, with Standard Members and as well with Gold Members.
22. Can I send and receive messages as STANDARD Member?
As a free Standard Member you can always write and receive messages. But as a Standard Member you can read messages from Gold members only. Either you or the other Member need to be a Gold Member to read each others messages.
Translation
23. How can I contact a person who does not know my language?
You can use the free translation services we have provided. Please go to „My Home“, than go to the section “Useful Service” and click on “Translation”.
24. I have been asked to pay for translation service in order to communicate with a lady
If you have received a request to pay for translation service in order to continue your communication with a lady, please inform us about it! You are always free to use a translation service of your own choice!
There are other agencies we do not cooperate with and that use our Website to advertise there own ladies. If this is connected to obligations to use a services you have to pay for, than we consider these as Scam and will take appropriate actions.

25. Is the membership really FREE?
Yes, you can register as Standard Member for free and receive many benefits like:
- free registration,
- free ad placement,
- free photo publication,
- free searching of members profiles
- free sending of interest messages
- free receipt of messages.
- free exchange of messages with all Gold member

Payment
28. Credit Card problems?
What is the problem?
I want pay for the membership but I have problems with my credit card. My credit card is not accepted.
How can the problem be solved?
- make sure you have entered all digits of your card number. The last four digits are often forgotten.
- If your credit card payment did not work, the reason can be an unstable internet connection. Please wait for some hours and try again.
29. Do you make recurring charges?
We offer two types of payment. If you use the normal usual payment we offer, than we do not make recurring charges! Your credit card will be charged only once! You have to make a new decision whether or not you want to renew your paid Membership.
Renew your Membership. If you choose a Recurring Billing, than your have to pay attention to the type when you pay. You have to mark a box next to this option on our payment site in order to choose this comfortable Recurring Billing. Then the payment will be repeated each time when the paid period will be finished. You have to decide to stop your membership. Cancellation need to be done at our payment partner site. To cancel your Recurring Billing, please login, than go to “My Home” and click on the link “Upgrade/Renew Membership” (in the section Membership, right).

30. What is your anti-scam policy?
We make every effort to keep our Website free of Scammers!. We provide a “Report Abuse” feature visible on every profile and we ask our members to report any abuse or suspiciously. This has been proven as a very effective way to discover scammers. We prove every abuse report and delete every membership that violates our rules. Every scammer risk that its case will be brought to trial.
The internet offers many new opportunities which are also misused by a small minority. Every country in the world has criminals and dishonest individuals to extort money from unsuspecting individuals. In order to avoid such problems it is better to be overly cautious!
It is our aim to provide a comfortable, convenient and save environment where people can meet people. The good news is, that there are thousands of sincere honest people out there who dream to love and be loved. 31. How can I end my Membership?
- Make sure you are logged in as member:
- Choose „My Home“ (button top bar)
- Click on “My Account” (next to the photo)
- Click on Switch off my Membership
- Follow instructions
Please note, if you a paying Member, we recommend to use the full time you have already paid for.
If you wish to cancel your membership totally, please click on “Contact us” below and write “Cancel my membership”.
